Terms of Service

These Terms cover allinonemanagementsolutions.com, our consulting services, and the AIXMOS membership, provided by All In One Management LLC, doing business as All In One Management Solutions ("we," "us"). By using our site or buying our services you agree to them.

Consulting services: the scope, price, and timeline of any consulting project are set out in the written proposal or invoice you approve. We give business guidance; results depend on many factors, and we make no promise of income or business results.

AIXMOS membership: $97 per month, billed in advance through Stripe and renewing automatically until you cancel. It includes the AIXMOS Academy, support with a 24-hour reply target on business days, 500 usage tokens a month, and a licence to run the AIXMOS assistant on your computer once its release is available in the member portal. Founding members join before the download is available; until then the membership covers the Academy and support, and we do not promise a release date. The licence is limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable, and ends when your membership ends. You may not resell, share, copy, or reverse-engineer the software.

Cancellation and refunds: you can cancel any time by emailing [email protected]; cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access through the period you have paid for. You may request a full refund of your first membership payment within 14 days of that charge. After that, fees for periods already delivered are non-refundable. Duplicate or mistaken charges are refunded in full.

Your responsibilities: use our services lawfully. Do not use them to send unlawful, deceptive, or unwanted messages or to contact people without the consent the law requires.

AI output and advice: AI output can be wrong; review it before you send, publish, or act on it. We do not give legal, tax, financial, or investment advice, and we are not a credit repair, lending, debt relief, or funding service.

Limits: our services and software are provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms or the law.
